Wingo Elementary School students whose art was displayed in the 2012 Graves County Elementary Art Show in the district’s Performing Arts Center Gallery include, from left, third grader Kaley Crouch, first place for “Speaking Robot Man;” third grader Madeline Brown, second place for “Fancy Robot with the Blinking Nose;” and third grader Gracie Delk, third place for “Remote Control Robot.” Wingo Elementary School’s art teacher, Susan Atherton, had the students expand on the theme of "What If?" The students discussed the ideas of the future and fantasy. These students chose to express these ideas using robotics.
