Cuba Elementary fourth graders recently had an opportunity to participate in an after-school archery program. Physical education teacher Jackie Lear and fourth grade teacher Michelle Brantley teamed up to teach the three-week program. According to Lear, students had an opportunity to use Olympic style equipment while learning archery history, proper technique, safety, mental concentration, and self improvement skills.
