Families can save big in the current economy and bring home the bargains this Thursday through Saturday April 26 - 28 at the semi-annual consignment sale run by Kentucky Kids Consignment Sales at the CFSB Center in Murray, Kentucky.
Organized by Jennifer Upton and husband, Mayfield native Paul Upton, the sale gives area families the opportunity to sell outgrown items that are no longer needed but in good condition and provides others the chance to purchase high-quality, name brand items at a fraction of the retail price.
This one-stop sale helps local families eliminate the hassles of selling items online or organizing garage sales while also giving them the opportunity to earn 70% on items sold and the chance to shop during the exclusive presale event before the sale opens to the general public.
“The semi-annual sale not only connects area families looking to buy or sell children’s items, it also helps those in need,” Upton said. “Many of our sellers choose to have us donate their unsold items to local charities where they can be useful to another family.” Last fall, donated items were passed on to Angel's Attic, Lifehouse Care Center, the Glendale Road Church of Christ, and the Christian Community Church of Murray.
The Murray Spring 2012 Sale will be open for the public to shop April 26-28 in the CFSB Center at Murray State University. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 10 am-8 pm and Saturday from 10 am-5 pm. Items for sale will include spring and summer clothing in preemie through junior sizes, accessories, shoes, indoor and outdoor toys, infant equipment, nursery furniture, sports equipment, bikes, books, videos/DVDs, maternity clothing, and much more. Their "mom's corner" features name brand women's clothing, shoes, handbags, and costume jewelry.
