Graves County High School sophomore Garrett Bell was selected to participate this summer in the national Hugh O’Brien Youth Leadership Conference. The program promotes civic awareness and brings together a select group of students. All have demonstrated leadership ability. They interact with groups of distinguished leaders in business, government, education, and the professions to discuss present and future issues.
