Sedalia's Hall leads school@science fair

Sedalia Elementary School fourth graders, from left, Carley Dowdy Micah Hall, Laken Shultz, and Lexie Hawkins recently represented their southeastern Graves County school in competition with students from seven other elementary schools. It was the school district’s 2013 annual fourth grade science fair. Hall’s project, “Fire Magic,” examined the components for fire and won first place among some 23 district competitors. That group was narrowed down from more than 300 students when the local school science fairs began.
