Graves' Casey Wade to Bethel U softball

Graves County High School senior Casey Wade recently signed a letter of intent to play softball for Bethel University in McKenzie, Tenn. She will pitch and play first base. She is pictured here, seated and flanked by her parents, Shane and Noreen Wade. Behind them are her sister, Amanda Wade, a 2011 Graves County graduate and junior pitcher at Christian Brothers University in Memphis, Tenn.; and Bethel head softball coach Larry Geraldi. “I had offers from other colleges, but this is the one that stood out and I want to go there,” Casey Wade explained. “I really like the coach and they have a good softball program. It’s a good school and I’m really excited about it.”
