Hundreds of dollars, that’s how much local science educators spend out of their own pockets each year to purchase supplies for the classroom. “Educators are searching for affordable ways to get students excited about science,” says Outreach Science Educator Jason Lindsey with Hooked on Science.
Hooked on Science recently held a special teacher workshop that showed educators how they already have everything they need in the classroom to get students "Hooked on Science." “Educators from Paducah, Murray, Mayfield and throughout the Jackson Purchase attended this exclusive teacher workshop for West Kentucky educators,” says Lindsey.
