The crime happened in the 700 block of East Grand Avenue back on May 16. Police say the man, pictured in surveillance images, is responsible for the theft. The woman, also captured by surveillance, was with him.

The man is described as being in his early 20s, with brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black and gray striped shirt and blue jeans.

Police say surveillance video shows the man concealing an item and leaving without paying for it.
