Names of 2 students killed in Marshall County High School shooting released

MARSHALL COUNTY, KY – Kentucky State Police have released the names of the two students who were killed in a mass shooting at Marshall County High School Tuesday.

In a news conference Tuesday evening, KSP reports that Bailey Nicole Holt and Preston Ryan Cope are the two students who died after they were shot at Marshall County High School Tuesday morning.

Holt died at the scene of the shooting and Cope was pronounced dead at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
