U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry to tour former Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant

(WEST KENTUCKY) — U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and U.S. Secretary of Energy Rick Perry are expected to be in the Local 6 area Thursday.

The two will tour the Department of Energy Paducah site, formally the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant.

They are expected to talk to members of the media afterwards.

We will be there to hear about their visit, and any contracts or future plans they have for cleanup at the site.
