Graves County sheriff under investigation

GRAVES COUNTY, KY — Kentucky State Police is investigating Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon.

Drug Enforcement Special Investigations Unit Sergeant Dean Patterson confirms they have an open criminal drug-related investigation on the sheriff.

Patterson says they will present their findings to the grand jury in Graves County later this month.

He says the investigation started through a tip.

Redmon has not been charged with anything at this time.
