Carlisle County Sheriff’s Department looking for owner of bag of crystal meth

CARLISLE COUNTY, KY — The Carlisle County Sheriff’s Department is looking for the owner of a bag of crystal methamphetamine.

Around 6:14 p.m. Saturday, the Indian Hills Convenience Store in Arlington called the sheriff’s department about a suspicious small bag of white substance left at the store.

A deputy arrived and determined that is was under a half gram of crystal methamphetamine.

The sheriff’s department is looking for the person who lost the bag.

They say anyone who would like to claim it can go to their office between 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If no one comes forward, the store’s security video will be reviewed and the investigation will continue.
