Buckner, IL woman charged with stabbing man

BUCKNER, IL — A Buckner, Illinois woman was arrested Wednesday after she allegedly stabbed a man.

Around 3:26 p.m., Benton police officers were called to Buckner on report of a domestic dispute involving a stabbing injury.

A 29-year-old man was found with a serious stab wound to his back. He was taken to a local hospital.

Officers arrested 27-year-old Crystal Sutton of Buckner on an aggravated battery charge.

She was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
