Severe Weather Update

I continue to track our chances for severe weather, Monday evening. The Storm Prediction Center has shifted the “ENHANCED” risk farther SE, still including portions of W KY and NW TN. This area, in orange, is where I expect the strongest storms to produce damaging wind and possibly tornadoes. As for the rest of the area, don’t let your guard down, you still have the potential for strong storms to turn severe. The big question, will the ingredients come together, allowing storms to organize and turn severe. – Meteorologist Jason Lindsey
