Red Cross opens two local shelters for flood victims

UPDATE: The American Red Cross has two shelters open for flood victims in need.

The Western Kentucky Chapter of the Red Cross opened a shelter at the Heartland Worship Center at 4777 Alben Barkley Drive in Paducah.

The Massac County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday night that another Red Cross shelter has been set up at Brookport First Baptist Church. The church is at 700 Pell Road in Brookport.
