Police searching for 19-year-old student charged in Carbondale bus incident
UPDATE: Police are searching for a 19-year-old student facing a criminal charge after a fight on a school bus led to a lockdown at Carbondale Community High School.
The Carbondale Police Department says 19-year-old Jekiary Anderson is wanted on a charge of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Police say he is considered armed and dangerous.

UPDATE: Video shows a fight on a school bus that led to a brief lockdown at Carbondale Community High School on Friday.
Local 6 received video of the fight from a source on the bus who wishes to remain anonymous. We have chosen to blur faces in the video, because those involved are minors.
Friday morning, Superintendent Stephen Murphy said one of the Carbondale Community High School students involved in the fight allegedly had a weapon. In the video, you can see that one student does have something in his hand, but it is not yet clear if the alleged weapon is real or not.
CARBONDALE, IL — Carbondale Community High School was put on lockdown Friday morning following an incident that happened on a bus.
Superintendent Stephen Murphy says known acquaintances were involved in a dispute and that one of them, a male Carbondale Community High School student, allegedly had a weapon.
That male student got off and ran away from the bus. He never arrived at the high school.
It was soon after getting that information that the high school was put on lockdown for precautionary purposes. That lockdown was lifted at 9:10 a.m.
Murphy says there is not any known threats to the high school, students, faculty or staff at this time.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing. There will also be additional security on the bus until the investigation is complete.
