Pre-trial for Zachary Rudolph pushed back due to sick judge
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY — The former McCracken County school employee accused of several sex crimes involving minors will not be back in court on Monday.
Zachary Rudolph was scheduled to be in court for a pre-trial hearing on Monday, April 15.
That hearing was pushed back to Monday, April 22 because the judge is out sick.
Detectives say all this happened while he was a teacher’s assistant at Lone Oak Middle School.
