Two Paducah Middle School students charged with terroristic threatening
PADUCAH — Two Paducah Middle School students have been charged with second-degree terroristic threatening.
Paducah police say the two students made threatening posts on social media. One student made a post last week, while the other made a post on Monday.
Police say neither student intended to hurt anyone and no students or teachers were targeted. The first student told police that it was “a joke.”
Chief of Police Brian Laird says they take every report seriously and have zero tolerance for threats of harm against schools.
