Man arrested on drug trafficking charges in Murray Walmart parking lot
MURRAY, KY — Two individuals were arrested in a Walmart parking lot Saturday after police found multiple drugs with a man who had four active warrants for his arrests.
Deputies from the Marshall County sheriff’s office, the Murray Police Department and the Kentucky State Police were collaborating on an investigation to find Brett Eigenrauch of Mayfield. Eigenrauch had four active warrants for his arrest from surrounding counties.
Police said they conducted a traffic stop in the Walmart parking lot. Eigenrauch was the passenger and Shea Le Chambers of Pilot Oak was the driver.
The four active warrants were discovered upon identifying Eigenrauch during the stop, according to police.
Deputies found methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, $300 in cash, a handgun, a fake ID card and counterfeit U.S. money, which police said was consistent with drug trafficking.
Both individuals were arrested. Police did not say in a news release what specific charges Le Chambers faces.
