GRAVES COUNTY, KY — A man with an outstanding warrant was accused of stealing a license plate off a car.

The Graves County Sheriff’s Office says a woman called early Saturday morning to report that she thought Adam Cole had stolen her license plate off her car and put it on his. Deputies say she told them that Cole had an outstanding warrant in Graves County.
