For nearly two years, I’ve had the privilege of telling the stories of this community. You’ve trusted me and allowed me into your homes to share those stories with you every day. I’ve smiled with you, laughed with you, cried with you, and rejoiced with you.

Through a lot of prayer and consideration, I decided to pursue an opportunity that is leading me outside of news and it’s with bittersweet emotions I tell you my last day with WPSD will be May 22nd.

I’m truly thankful for my experience here at WPSD and blessed to work for all of you. Thank you for allowing me the privilege of being a part of your lives and trusting me with your stories.

I will still be here in Paducah and I will still be a part of community work geared toward making our city a better place to live and work in. If you see me out and about, don’t be afraid to say hello! This isn’t “goodbye” but this is “I’ll see you later!”

John 13:14-17
