2021 St. Jude Dream Home

You may win a house. You will, for sure, help a child with cancer.

The real work for the 2021 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway is underway! You may remember the ceremonial groundbreaking back on Dec. 10, but now actual foundation work is going on.

Every year, we work with vendors to build and giveaway a home to raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

This year’s home, built by MC Homes, will be at The Paddock at the Oaks, at 111 Canter Court, Paducah, KY 42001.

Mark your calendars: the Dream Home giveaway date will be on Aug. 22, 2021.

Now that the house has been built, open houses are being held from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Aug. 14 to Aug. 21.

To attend an open house, masks and social distancing are required. No more than three visiting groups with a maximum of four people in each group will be allowed in the Dream Home at any time. If you are experiencing symptoms consistent with COVID-19, you should discontinue your visit.

The House features:

  • Four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, at an estimated 2,800 square feet
  • Spacious back patio and front porch, perfect for entertaining guests
  • Charming, modern cottage style
  • Open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area
  • Large bonus room along with three bedrooms upstairs.

The $100 tickets sold out Monday, June 21.
