CRITTENDEN COUNTY, KY -- The Cave-in-Rock ferry will resume service at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, January 14.

The ferry had to be closed on Monday so that repairs could be made to a cracked manifold engine.

Those repairs have been made and the ferry will be on its regular schedule.

The ferry connects KY 91 with Illinois Route 1 across the Ohio River between Crittenden County, Kentucky, and Hardin County, Illinois.
