PADUCAH— Daylight saving time ends at Sunday at 2 a.m.
The shift will allow for an extra hour of sleep as clocks fall back an hour.
The time change will bring sunlight earlier in the morning and it will get darker earlier in the evening.
Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands and most of Arizona do not observe daylight saving time.
Daylight saving time returns at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 8.
