PADUCAH — Former Paducah Tilghman High School cheerleading coach David Wade appeared in court Tuesday.
Wade waived his right to a preliminary hearing in McCracken County District Court in front of Judge Chris Hollowell. He is charged with tampering with physical evidence. The charge comes after police say he sent a sexually explicit video to a group of cheerleaders, and then tried to get rid of the evidence.
Wade's next court appearance is set for 8:30 a.m. on Oct. 17.
