UPDATE: McCracken County Schools Interim Superintendent Heath Cartwright says Michael Ceglinski has been reinstated as principal at McCracken County High School. This follows the dismissal of a charge of failure to report abuse of a student at the High School resulting in his suspension.
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY — All charges against suspended McCracken County High School Principal Michael Ceglinski have been dropped.
On Friday, a charge of failure to report abuse of a student was dismissed with prejudice. “With prejudice” means the charge cannot be filed again.
The court order entered on a motion by County Attorney Sam Clymer is below.
