UPDATE: A Local utility company says crews have restored power to everyone who was affected by a power outage in Marshall County Friday morning.
West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation reported 1,095 customers were affected by the power outage Friday morning. As of Friday afternoon, power has been restored to everyone affected.
UPDATE: A Local utility company says crews have successfully restored power to nearly everyone impacted by an outage that originally affected more than 1,000 customers on Friday.
West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation says power has been restored to all but two customers, and crews continue working to restore power to those customers.
MARSHALL COUNTY, KY – A local utility company says crews are working to restore power to more than 1,000 people Friday.
West Kentucky Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation says an outage in Marshall County is affecting 1,095 customers.
WKRECC says repair crews working in Marshall County think a failed breaker is causing the outage. The company says personnel will have to switch off the substation for a little while so the breaker can be repaired.
