The Paducah City Commission took the first step in creating an Entertainment Destination Center, by holding the first reading of the proposed ordinance. If the ordinance passes, there would be a designated area along Paducah's riverfront to allow people to walk around with to-go cups of alcohol from local bars and restaurants.
