PADUCAH, Ky. -- One day after winning the MVC Softball Championship, the Southern Illinois Salukis learned their fate in the NCAA Tournament.
Southern Illinois will open the tournament against No. 15 Utah in the Salt Lake City Regional on Friday, May 19. First pitch is slated for 1:30 p.m.
Joining the Salukis and Utes in the bracket is Ole Miss and Baylor.
Southern Illinois will be making its 14th appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
